My Actifit Report Card: December 13 2023

The trees in the nature reserve are losing their bark, which is interesting and colourful.

There were lots of nasty stinging caterpillars and, as usual, our bearded dragon lizard friend.

Fitness wise, it was a double walk day plus a lot of yard work, mainly at my son's place, but I got a bit done at home as well. I was able to do a good upper body weight session in the evening to finish a busy day.
