Ha! I got a job at a place I haven't worked at for nearly 20 years. It was so funny to walk past a building I worked in for months a long time ago, and it was still fully in tack and still fully functional. I have been to a couple of other places and the equipment and machine were totally trashed and abandoned.

I remember building and installing all those cables and supports, then connecting and helping make the plant work.

Fitness wise, it was just the morning walk and lots of work walking.
