My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2023
Another nice full moon with no cloud cover made for a good photo.
First up in the morning, it was a 10km run for me down at the beautiful Wynumn foreshore.
These are some pumps that are used to fill the large wadding pool, which is just perfect to cool off on a hot fay after a long run.
In the afternoon, we did a few yard chores at home and then went to a friend's birthday party. They had an archery warfare as the main activity before some afternoon tea.
