My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2023

Still not feeling the best and have not run all week, could have easily stayed at home on sick leave and slept, but there was lots that needed doing at work. So this activity count is mostly walking at work and then just resting at home.

Thought I would include a few photos of a job I did at work. Hole punching cable glands into a control panel.

There are many ways to do this. Sometimes, it is quickest to just use a hole saw in a battery drill, but when there's lots to do, I like to use this manual ratchet.
