My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2023
A neighbours greville bush in flower, I think, definitely looks like a low maintenance Australian native plant.
Another busy day full of activity, starting with a 2 kilometre warm-up before parkrun. I just slowly jog the first kilometre, then try to do a few faster run throughs with a walk in between for the second kilometre. Trying not to be late for the run briefing.
The parkrun 5 kilometres was not that fast, but I think I was more focused on having to go straight to work as soon as I crossed the finish line.
That was the 407th parkrun done, still a couple of years away from the next major milestone of 500, but getting there slowly.
Luckily, work was only for 4 hours, so I got home early and got a bit of the weekend off.
