My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2023

A busy week at work made it hard to do all the workouts I would like, but I still managed all the runs I wanted. Will be happy if I can maintain the 40 kilometres per week.

This activity count is missing my early morning 10k run. I'm not sure how, but the phone just didn't start counting steps. It took another big day at work and a trip to visit my mother to get up to the 16k.
