My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2023
A very busy day, first we set up the parkrun course then ran it, which turned this mornings 5 kilometre parkrun into a 12 kilometre run/walk. Photo credit of me getting the hive t-shirt out and about to parkrun volunteer photographer.
Then with the car already packed we hit the road.
They have started decorating our one highway from Brisbane to Sydney with some good aboriginal art.
This was a quick food, exercise, and toilet break near Port Macquarie.
We covered a lot of ground and there is more to do tomorrow, Australia is such a big spread out place.
Dinner was some healthy burgers from Oliver's. And our accommodation was quite grand by Australian standards.
