My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2023

My entry into this weeks bucipuci's Around the World Challenge 4/4 is a photo I took last weekend of Weinam Creek Redland Bay, Queensland, Australia.

We had just had a coffee and a bite of eat at the Pelican Cafe, and we were doing a stroll around the water front, hoping to dodge the rain.

The creek was well protected from the wind and had made a nice mirror reflective photo with the stormy clouds above.

This activity report was made of a morning run, lots of yard work and chores around the house, an afternoon stroll, and an evening core strenthing session.
