My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2023

My entry into this weeks bucipuci's Around the World Challenge #1/4 is a photo I took last weekend. It is another sunset this time at Wellington Point in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

It is a popular place as you can walk out to an island about 1km off shore, at low tide. I just could not get the island in the photo frame as well as the magical sunset.

I like the silhouette of the couple who have just walked back from the island past the last bit of exposed sand bank as the tide is rising.

Fitness wise, this activity count was made up from my usual morning run, work walking, an afternoon stroll, a little bit of yard work, and 20 minutes of strength training.
