My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2023

My entry in bucipuci's Around the World Challenge 50/3 is a photo I took last weekend of Wynumn Wading pool on the Bay in Brisbane, Australia.

It is only a shallow pool built in the 1930s.You can just make out some people walking along the foreshore, but nobody in the water. We were there for an early morning run as the paths are wide, and it is dead flat, making it a great place for an easy jog.

This activity report was made up of a morning walk followed straight after by a 1km run to test out my ankle. No work, but I was busy all day doing chores around my yard and shed. Was so busy getting stuff done. I missed the afternoon walk and weight training. I will have to make up for it tomorrow.
