My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2023

Another wallaby photos on the afternoon walk, still no running on my dodgy ankle, but l ended up doing an easy walk in the morning as well. They didn't need me at work, so I had another day off and did another weight training and swim session trying to stay as active as possible.

I need to remember to hold the button down on the camera phone for the wallaby action shots. They sit there still for a bit when they first sense us, but when they are off, they move and jump quickly.
