My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2023

Morning run then a hot and humid day at work. Made even hotter by the fact that I was working near the steam values. Wiring up a control panel was lucky I was not up and down stairs all day but still managed 30k activity count with our regular afternoon walk in the nature as well.

The walk was pleasant with a cooling breeze after the heat of the day had past. The buzz of the Cicadas and the odd wallaby darting across our path or just watching us from within the cover of the tall grass and trees.
