Our afternoon run crew doing there thing in our local nature reserve. We are so lucky to have so many different trails to run, walk and explore.

This afternoon workout was pretty easy as I had already done a morning run as well as a full day of work.

Our weather seems so much different from lots of other peoples running conditions this time of year.
