My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2022
Some storm clouds brewing up but we still got our afternoon walk in, after a busy day at work and my regular morning run/walk. I strained my ankle last weekend and it has take all week to start to feel a little better.
I will had to make sure I take it really easy this weekend and don't over do it again. Might be a good opportunity to try and add a few more single leg strengthening and stretching exercises in to my weekly routine instead of doing a long run.
As I have got older the core and strength work seems to be as important as the the running itself.
