My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2022

Easy 30 minutes of indoor cycling after a really busy day at work, some days I just do not stop at work and am on my feet all day. Not always the best fun but you definitely know your alive.

The stationery bike felt great option to get the blood flowing without to much load as I also did an easy 5 kilometre run before work.
