My Actifit Report Card: April 29 2022

Sun rise and a spiders web in the nature reserve.

Morning easy recovery run/walk and some pokemon gym battles.on a day off work followed by a 15 minute back yard pool swim. I am slowly getting used to doing laps in a 9 meter pool.
Next up was the weekly grocery shopping and an afternoon of yard work and an afternoon walk.
