My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2022

Last working day before the Easter break today.

I was pleasantly surprised when one of my work colleagues rushed up to me this morning with what I thought was going be some sort of problem, that would need sorting out.

But swiftly put 2 small Easter eggs in my hand wishing me a happy Easter before I could say "no thanks"

Nice to see with all the drama in the world nowadays some off the small actions can bring such good delight.

Big activity step count today with a run before work, pulling cables in at work and a short afternoon walk.
