Morning Walk
new.things just finished a 5.04km walk, that lasted for 35 minutes.
This walk helped new.things burn 297.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Strava2hive Gainsborough Greens parkrun. I started a walk but ended up running most of the way. My ankle did not seem to mind the flat concrete path if I kept my stride short and slow.
Two laps of this path with 124 other runners and walkers.
My 392nd parkrun and 2nd at Gainsborough definitely not my fastest time but it felt good to run most of the way.
The course was through a bit of a nature reserve and wetland area.
The play ground at the start finish area where we had a coffee we had finished running.
