new.things just finished a 5.01km run, that lasted for 24 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 361.0 calories.


Description from Strava: Strava2hive Brisbane Valley Rail Trail BVRT parkrun. Another early morning start and a long drive to pick up my 111st different parkrun location. Official time 23:30. Seventh overall but first in my age group and I now hold the course record for my age group LOL. That might be a first for me but I do not think it will last long as this parkrun is very new, only doing it's 4th event and it is a good couple of hours drive north west of Brisbane. My 23:30 is only average time for a course with on 29 metres of elevation gain but looks like most of the faster guys in my age group have not visited here yet. The course is run on the old railway line route which as now been turned into a hiking and cycling path.
