Morning Run
new.things just finished a 5.1km run, that lasted for 44 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 329.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Strava2hive easy drowned rat run/ walk. It stopped raining long enough for me get motivated enough and out the door. Lucky really as I properly would not have gone other wise being the first time an unknown trail in rain and cold. Had to make it simple just an out and back course just on the fire trails around Bruce Ridge
