Morning Run

new.things just finished a 3.21km run, that lasted for 30 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 238.0 calories.


Description from Strava: @running Strava2hive 30 minutes in zone 2 after 15 minutes warming up. I seem to be able to control my heart rate better now by varying cadence and stride length, but it is a very slow process. Hopefully, it will not be too long before I get a bit of pace back. I suppose it is just like the hive crypto coin. It is all about compounding and building a base.
