new.things just finished a 3.46km run, that lasted for 30 minutes.

Description from Strava: @running Strava2hive a wet zone 2 run, after 15 minutes, warm up in the indoor wind trainer. I also did a few strides in a 15 minute walk to cool down. I am slowly getting the hang of this low heart rate training in my rolling neighbourhood hills.
