new.things just finished a 5.04km run, that lasted for 38 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive my first intervals in a couple of months. They didn't feel that good. It might take a while to get back bin to them garmin has my vo2 @40. The Jack Daniels table recons I should be doing them at 4:50 pace. I couldn't get any of my 400s under 5min pace today but it is a start.
