new.things just finished a 5.02km run, that lasted for 34 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 311.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive intervals 6x 400m with 200m walk recovery in between. Great weather for it on a fresh spring morning. Progress is slow, but there are some slight improvements in time. It is hard to keep the pace consistent as the road is slightly down, then up with u turn at the bottom of a dead end street.

That's a decent pace for the intervals at roughly 4:00min/km... a reminder that I could do with bringing a proper speedwork session back into the weekly training... just gotta work out where to fit it in!

4 is my max pace. A good 400m for me at the moment on that piece of road is average 4:35 pace. The plan is to get it down to 4 flat
