new.things just finished a 5.71km run, that lasted for 41 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 334.0 calories.


Description from Strava: Strava2hive intervals in the rain. 8 x 400m with 200m recovery and a jog home. I was a bit worried about all the wind and rain on the radar, but the rain was light enough for an enjoyable run. I was pretty happy my 400m were closer to the 5 minute pace I was hoping for, but garmin was reading my course differently to last week. I recon it was buzzing 10 meter shorter. Maybe the weather conditions affects the gps.
