Morning Ride
new.things just finished a 23.96km ride, that lasted for 31 minutes.

Description from Strava: @cycling It was pretty cold and windy out, so I opted for the wind trainer for 30 minutes with a bit of effort for 20 seconds every 5 minutes. It's nothing exciting, but I am just easing back into it.
I put a new battery in my garmin speed sensor, but that seems to have totally messed with the results. I usually only average around 25km/h and am lucky to get more than 12km.
I tried logging on to strava to adjust the results, but it does not look like I can.
