Morning Run
new.things just finished a 5.02km run, that lasted for 45 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive Picnic Point parkrun. There course B today as some of the path is under construction. Still 133 metre of elevation gain. Probably one of the best turn around views I have ever scene at a parkrun. I had to walk most of the hills both up and down. My knee didn't like all the extra jarring but the walking meant I could enjoy the views and trail. Photo credit to parkrun turn around marshal with my phone.
