Description from Strava: @cycling Strava2hive. My knee feels good but I will give it a couple more days before adding some running back in. Though I hate not running it has been good to work the strengthening exercises and cycling back in again. It has also raised my level on Splinterlands as I can battle on the Computer while spinning on the indoor wind trainer.
