new.things just finished a 5.01km run, that lasted for 27 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 394.0 calories.


Description from Strava: Strava2hive at Singapore's East coast parkrun. Flat out and back on a nice wide path just the way I like them but the humidity was quite uncomfortable, it took a while to get into it even though I had a couple of runs during the week.

For me my heart was quite high and my pace slow but I did pick up a heap of new parkrun stats on the 5km app. It was straight to the airport afterwards for a coffee and the next leg of our trip.
