Overhead Triceps Extension
There are a lot of exercises that target the triceps, but only few involve moving weight overhead. Or maybe only few people do the ones that involve moving weight overhead.
Both of those are true, though.
Moving weight overhead like this is very important for the triceps, the part of the triceps known as "the long head" gets the most activation from overhead stuff. Other movements misses it to varying extents.
This tells you that you can't have complete triceps if you don't do some overhead workout for the triceps.
