Arnold Schwarzenegger's Over Head Dumbbell Pullover

The Overhead Dumbbell Pullover is regarded as an old school exercise, and it has been said to be one of the exercises that is least done in the gym.

This exercise was made famous by Arnold Schwarzenegger, the freaking GOAT.

This is a very interesting exercise, it is supposed to build your chest but with just a little tweak it would build your back muscles (lats) instead.

I've been doing it for a long time and I think I've mastered all the tweaks, I can make it target my chest and triceps or make it simply focus on my back muscles.

In this video I'm making it target my chest. The way to focus it on your chest is to not flare your elbows, but keep them closer together throughout the time you do the movement.👇🏾
