Dando inició a la semana de entrenamiento con ejercicios isométricos, este martes (14 de mayo 2024).
Para esta ocasión lo enfoqué en su mayor parte a "Pull Up" y claro, no dejando de lado los de "Push Up".
Como podrán ver el video, las dos primeras pruebas fueron de resistencia, logrando "Front Lever" 28 segundos y "Full Planche" 10 segundos más "press" y regresando a "Full Planche" 2 segundos. Luego, lo demás fueron combos, en que hubo mejoría en "Front Lever SAT" y en los combos en que incluí "Front Lever one arm". En general, lo considero un buen inicio de semana📈🔥.

Starting the week of training with isometric exercises, this Tuesday (May 14, 2024).
For this occasion I focused mostly on "Pull Up" and of course, not leaving aside the "Push Up" ones.
As you can see in the video, the first two tests were of resistance, achieving "Front Lever" 28 seconds and "Full Planche" 10 seconds plus "press" and returning to "Full Planche" 2 seconds. Then, the rest were combos, in which there was improvement in "Front Lever SAT" and in the combos in which I included "Front Lever one arm". Overall, I consider it a good start of the week📈🔥.
