Luego de una tarde de trabajo, me dirigí a casa a alistarme, agarré mis mini-paralelas y fui al parque de barras a entrenar a eso de las 6:13 de la tarde. No había mucha gente, pero saludé al brother que estaba entrenando allí e inmediatamente empecé a prepararme para comenzar mi entrenamiento. Comencé con trucos dinámicos en la barra alta. Con combos base que dispongo por los momentos y algunos otros que estoy practicando poco a poco. Intenté el swing 360, el swing tornado, gigantes, etc. Tratando de crear nuevas combinaciones. Por como he visto esta tarde, sí me ha ido bien. He sentido que ha habido una mejoría, no en fluidez, pero sí más confianza en cada uno de los trucos que he ido practicando hoy. Espero que las próximas semanas sean mejores. Después de eso, como ya me sentía algo adolorido en de los callos de las manos, procedí a la práctica de "Power moves" de ejercicios isométricos avanzados. Y de esa manera seguí mi entrenamiento hasta las 9:00 de la noche, hora en que recogí mis cosas y me fui a casa a seguir entrenando, o digamos, a terminar de completar con un poco más de "Power moves" al fallo y más sumado a un poco de "curl de bíceps con mancuerna de pie", siendo lo último y finalización de este entrenamiento.

After an evening of work, I headed home to get ready, grabbed my mini-parallettes and went to the barre park to train at about 6:13 pm. There weren't many people there, but I greeted the brother who was training there and immediately started getting ready to begin my workout. I started with dynamic tricks on the high bar. With base combos that I have at the moment and some others that I am practicing little by little. I tried the 360 swing, the tornado swing, giants, etc. Trying to create new combinations. From what I saw this afternoon, it did go well. I felt that there has been an improvement, not in fluidity, but more confidence in each of the tricks that I have been practicing today. I hope the next few weeks will be better. After that, as I was already feeling a little sore on the calluses on my hands, I proceeded to practice "Power moves" of advanced isometric exercises. And so I continued my workout until 9:00 pm, when I picked up my stuff and went home to continue training, or let's say, to finish completing with a little more "Power moves" to failure and more added to a little "biceps curl with dumbbell standing", being the last and completion of this workout.
