My Actifit Report Card: April 4 2025 #SWC

El día de hoy, inicié mi entrenamiento a las 6:15 p.m. con un trote por la "Avenida Caracas" hasta el primer semáforo. Luego, tomé un tramo de regreso, pasando por "Villa Betania" para hacer sprints en la subida de esa zona. Me he sentido cada vez mejor haciendo los sprints, no he terminado tan cansado como las últimas veces, ¡así que siento que estoy mejorando! Espero que las próximas semanas ese tramo de subida sea pan comido para mí, y así aumentar la intensidad con sprints aún más rápidos. Luego, terminé ahí y me dirigí a mi casa a cambiarme el calzado y buscar las mini-paralelas para ir al parque de barra donde suelo entrenar calistenia. Al llegar ahí, me llevé la sorpresa de que había mucha más gente de lo que esperaba. Saludé a todos los chicos que estaban ahí y empecé a prepararme para entrenar. Mi entrenamiento de hoy, como siempre, fue de fuerza, más que todo de "power moves" de isométricos avanzados, enfocándome en las "full planche". Aunque también agregué algo de "front lever", para no dejarlos de lado. Me he mantenido entrenando allí hasta las 8:50 p.m., luego me regresé a casa y, por mera motivación y para no dejar a medias el entrenamiento, seguí entrenando en casa hasta el fallo con push-ups de "full planche" y pull-up de "front lever".

Today, I started my training at 6:15 p.m. with a jog along "Avenida Caracas" up to the first traffic light. Then, I took a stretch back, passing through "Villa Betania" to do sprints on the climb in that area. I felt better and better doing the sprints, I didn't end up as tired as the last few times, so I feel like I'm getting better! I'm hoping the next few weeks that uphill section will be a piece of cake for me, so I'll ramp up the intensity with even faster sprints. Then, I finished up there and headed home to change my shoes and get the mini-parallettes to go to the barre park where I usually train calisthenics. When I got there, I was surprised to find that there were a lot more people than I expected. I greeted all the guys that were there and started getting ready to train. My workout today, as always, was strength, mostly advanced isometric power moves, focusing on the full planche. Although I also added some front lever, so as not to leave them out. I kept training there until 8:50 p.m., then I went back home and, just for motivation and not to leave the workout half done, I kept training at home until failure with full planche push-ups and front lever pull-ups.
