Hoy activo, a las 5:30 de la noche, comencé mi entrenamiento con mi trote habitual desde el "Comando", siguiendo la ruta que pasa por "Villa Betania". Llegando a la parte alta de Villa Betania, hice una breve parada en las barras para estirar. Luego, me preparé y realicé sprints de subida en el tramo de carretera empinado para trabajar la resistencia. Logré llegar a la cima, aunque aún me dejó sin aliento, lo cual representa una mejora comparada con semanas anteriores, cuando no lograba completar toda la subida.

Después de los sprints, regresé a las barras, donde comencé mi entrenamiento de calistenia, enfocándome en "Power moves" de "full planches" y "Front levers". Le di prioridad a los "front levers", sin dejar de lado las "Full planches". Dentro de lo que cabe, pude ejecutar los ejercicios, teniendo en cuenta que me sentí pesado durante el entrenamiento, pero aun así cumplí. Motivado, continué avanzando entre combos, y termine mi entrenamiento alrededor de las 7:00 de la noche. Después de eso, por la misma ruta, me fui directamente a casa. Al llegar a casa, terminé el entrenamiento con más "Power moves" de los ejercicios que ya había practicado, y con eso concluí el entrenamiento de hoy.

Today active, at 5:30 in the evening, I started my training with my usual jog from the "Comando", following the route that goes through "Villa Betania". Arriving at the top of Villa Betania, I made a brief stop at the bars to stretch. Then, I geared up and did uphill sprints on the steep road section to work on endurance. I made it to the top, although it still left me out of breath, which is an improvement compared to previous weeks when I failed to complete the entire climb.

After the sprints, I went back to the bars, where I started my calisthenics training, focusing on "Power moves" of "full planches" and "Front levers". I gave priority to the front levers, without neglecting the full planches. As far as I was able to execute the exercises, considering that I felt heavy during the workout, but I still did it. Motivated, I continued to move forward between combos, and finished my workout around 7:00 in the evening. After that, by the same route, I went straight home. When I got home, I finished the workout with more "Power moves" of the exercises I had already practiced, and with that I concluded today's workout.
