My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2025 #SWC

Después de varias semanas sin trotar, por fin me decidí a retomar esta rutina positivamente. Salí bien temprano, a eso de las seis de la mañana. Me agrada entrenar a estas horas porque el aire está fresco y la ciudad aún está tranquila. Empecé con un trote suave, nada de prisa. Poco a poco fui sintiendo cómo se activaba mi cuerpo y cómo se llenaba de adrenalina "por así decirlo".
Al final del trayecto que tenía pensado llegar por los momentos, ósea, a "Villa Betania", había unas barras, y aproveché para hacer algunos estiramientos y una parada de manos. Me encanta incluir calistenia en mis rutinas porque ayuda a trabajar todo el cuerpo y no perder costumbre en el mismo. Después de eso, seguí trotando de regreso, pero desde un cierto tramo, antes de llegar al "Comando", realicé el trote con pasos más amplios, para así aprovechar meter un poco de dificultad con la inclinación del terreno. La verdad es que me sentí increíble durante todo el entrenamiento y también después, súper relajado y lleno de energía positiva.
De verdad que recomiendo trotar por las mañanas. Es una excelente manera de empezar el día con el pie derecho. Aunque de forma gradual para no agobiarse y disfrutar un poco más de la actividad.

After several weeks without jogging, I finally decided to resume this routine positively. I left very early, around six in the morning. I like to train at this time of day because the air is fresh and the city is still quiet. I started with a gentle jog, nothing in a hurry. Little by little I felt how my body was activated and how it was filled with adrenaline "so to speak".
At the end of the route that I had planned to reach for the moment, that is, to "Villa Betania", there were some bars, and I took the opportunity to do some stretching and a handstand. I love to include calisthenics in my routines because it helps to work the whole body and not lose habit in it. After that, I continued jogging back, but from a certain stretch, before reaching the "Comando", I jogged with wider steps, in order to take advantage of a little difficulty with the slope of the terrain. The truth is that I felt amazing during the whole training and also afterwards, super relaxed and full of positive energy.
I really recommend jogging in the morning. It's a great way to start the day off on the right foot. Although gradually so as not to overwhelm yourself and enjoy the activity a little more.
