My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2025 #SWC

Hoy miércoles, un día que por cómo he ido llevando mi rutina de entrenamiento, pues, sería para descansar; teniendo en cuenta eso, aun así, me anime a hacer una mini rutina para ayudar a la memoria muscular para los ejercicios avanzados de fuerza.
Salí a las 5:12 pm, aproximadamente, a un pequeño parque cerca de casa. Al llegar al lugar, me preparé un poco y empecé a realizar unas pocas series de "front lever", luego me acerqué a unas paralelas e igualmente hice algunas series de "full planche" y "Press to handstand". ¡Claro! Se hacían presentes los efectos del entrenamiento del día anterior, por lo que fui discreto con los ejercicios realizados en la rutina de esta tarde, para así permitirme descansar lo suficiente para el día siguiente y evitar lesiones. De regreso me quedé a ver un momento la práctica de fútbol de mis sobrinos y finalmente regresé a mi casa.
A pesar de tener efectos de entrenamiento y sentirme un poco pesado, puedo decir que mi cuerpo respondió bien y lo necesario para permitirme cumplir de buena manera esta mini rutina.

Today, Wednesday, a day that, given the way I've been doing my training routine, would be a day to rest. With that in mind, I still decided to do a mini routine to help muscle memory for the advanced strength exercises.
I went out at about 5:12 pm to a small park near home. When I got there, I prepared myself a bit and started to do a few sets of front lever, then I went to some parallel bars and did a few sets of full planche and press to handstand. Of course! The effects of the previous day's training were still present, so I was discreet with the exercises performed in this afternoon's routine, to allow me to rest enough for the next day and avoid injuries. On the way back, I stayed to watch my nephews' soccer practice for a moment and finally returned home.
In spite of having training effects and feeling a little heavy, I can say that my body responded well enough to allow me to complete this mini routine in a good way.
