My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2024 #SWC
Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻♂️🚶🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Despierto desde las 5:30 am, siendo un 24 de diciembre, aun así se entrena. Me levanté bastante temprano para así tomarme mi tiempo para alistarme y salir a las 6:00 am, a entrenar, pero antes traté de comunicarme con los brothers con los cuales me puse de acuerdo para entrenar a estas horas, pero no pudieron asistir, así que esperé unos minutos y salí al parque de barras.
Durante el trayecto de ida, era evidente que el clima estaba nublado y con brisas frías, por lo que al llegar me preparé un buen rato para lograr entrar en calor y poder entrenar. Este entrenamiento estuvo enfocado a "Powermoves" de "Full planche", prácticamente al fallo. Mientras avanzaba el entrenamiento, me daba cuenta de que hay cosas que se me ha olvidado hacer para ejecutar de mejor manera los ejercicios, y buenos, mal que me di cuenta en pleno entreno; hizo que me contara más seguir el ritmo, pero se habrá frutos de este esfuerzo.
Este entrenamiento lo terminé alrededor de las 8:10 am, tenía pensado seguir, pero me tocaba ir a trabajar, así que, lo que he hecho hoy, me ha servido para cumplir con el entrenamiento semnal.

I woke up at 5:30 am, being a December 24th, but still training. I woke up early enough to take my time to get ready and leave at 6:00 am, to train, but first I tried to communicate with the brothers with whom I agreed to train at this time, but they could not attend, so I waited a few minutes and went to the park bars.
On the way there, it was evident that the weather was cloudy and with cold breezes, so when I got there I prepared myself for a while to get warm and be able to train. This workout was focused on "Powermoves" of "Full planche", practically to failure. As the workout progressed, I realized that there are things that I have forgotten to do to execute the exercises in a better way, and good, bad that I realized in the middle of training; it made me count more to keep up the pace, but there will be fruits of this effort.
I finished this workout around 8:10 am, I had planned to continue, but I had to go to work, so, what I did today, has served me to meet the semnal training.
