Mi reporte de Actifict: septiembre 5 2024 #SWC
Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️🏋🏻♂️.
He aquí activo, para una tarde de actividades. Me aseguré descansar bien para la travesía se avecinaba.
Salí de casa a las 5:30 pm aproximadamente, directamente al "Comando" para prepararme y empezar el trote. El recorrido es el mismo que el de la semana por la misma razón ya explicada con respecto al gym, ósea, por la Avenida Caracas hasta el primer semáforo. Y les cuento que mi constancia con el trote de ida como también de regreso, obviando la cantidad de sudor que desprendía, era impresionante, por lo que tuve que reposar un poco antes de pasar al gym.
Al entrar al gym, anote mi asistencia y es sorpresa encontrarme con el brother Angel que estaba entrenando hombros y tríceps, en mi caso llegue fue a entrenar las piernas. Los ejercicios que hice, son los siguientes y en el orden que se los iré describiendo: sentadilla perfecta, sentadilla clásica con barra, Extensión de cuádriceps, elevaciones de pantorrilla "sentado", isquiotibiales "acostado". El Brother y yo aprovechamos hasta el último momento que cerrarían el gym, prácticamente quedamos con efectos, que es lo esperable y debe ser.
Al salir de entrenar del gym, pasamos por las barras a saludar y desde allí yo me fui a mi casa casi de inmediato, ya que me esperaba trabajo de barbería, que es a lo que me dedico, terminando con ello al rededor de las 10:00 pm aproximadamente. Sin duda una tarde con cosas que hacer jejeje.

Here I was active for an afternoon of activities. I made sure I was well rested for the journey ahead.
I left home at about 5:30 pm, straight to the "Comando" to get ready and start the jog. The route is the same as during the week for the same reason already explained with respect to the gym, that is, along Caracas Avenue until the first traffic light. And I tell you that my constancy with the jogging going and returning, obviating the amount of sweat I was giving off, was impressive, so I had to rest a little before going to the gym.
When I entered the gym, I wrote down my attendance and was surprised to find Brother Angel training shoulders and triceps, in my case I came to train my legs. The exercises I did were the following and in the order I will describe them: perfect squat, classic squat with barbell, quadriceps extension, calf raises "sitting", hamstrings "lying down". The Brother and I took advantage of the fact that the gym was closing until the last moment, we were practically left with effects, which is to be expected and should be.
When we left the gym after training, we went by the bars to say hello and from there I went home almost immediately, since I was waiting for barber work, which is what I do, finishing with it around 10:00 pm approximately. Without a doubt an afternoon with things to do hehehe.
