Mi reporte de Actifict: agosto 29 2024 #SWC

Volviendo a los "jueves de trote" con una dinámica un poco diferente, de en vez de trotar en la mañana, pues, lo hice en la tarde porque en la mañana el clima estuvo engañoso, además, así lo aprovecho como calentamiento para entrenar piernas en el gimnasio "Tempo energy" junto con el Brother Isaí.
Salí a las 5:41 pm al Comando para prepararme e iniciar el trote. El recorrido fue un poco más corto, ósea, por la "avenida Caraca" hasta el primer semáforo, por lo que no tuve tanto problema de mantener el trote, pero de regreso empecé a presentar malestares gástricos, pero aun así no me detuve hasta terminar de trotar, por suerte al terminar y dirigirme al gimnasio se me calmo el malestar, lo suficiente para seguir con el entrenamiento.
Al encontrarme con el brother Isaí empezamos con el entreno de piernas, los ejercicios realizados, fueron los siguientes: prensa de piernas, Sentadilla Goblet, sentadilla clásica con barra, Extensión de cuádriceps, elevaciones de pantorrilla "sentado"; y por último isquiotibiales "acostado". Se aprovechó hasta lo último que quedaba de tiempo antes de que cerrara el gimnasio a las 8:00 pm y la verdad estuvo bien en entreno, prácticamente las piernas me quedaron temblando jajaja.

Back to the "Thursday jogging" with a slightly different dynamic, instead of jogging in the morning, well, I did it in the afternoon because in the morning the weather was deceiving, besides, this way I take advantage of it as a warm up to train legs in the gym "Tempo energy" along with Brother Isaí.
I left at 5:41 pm to the Comando to get ready and start jogging. The route was a little shorter, that is, along the "avenida Caraca" to the first traffic light, so I did not have so much trouble to keep jogging, but on the way back I started to feel sick to my stomach, but still I did not stop until I finished jogging, luckily when I finished and went to the gym the discomfort calmed down, enough to continue with the training.
When I met with brother Isaí we started with the leg workout, the exercises performed were the following: leg press, Goblet squat, classic squat with bar, quadriceps extension, calf raises "sitting"; and finally hamstrings "lying down". I took advantage of the last bit of time left before the gym closed at 8:00 pm and the truth is that it was a good workout, my legs were practically shaking hahaha.

Uff piernas para terminar la semana como debe ser jajajaja que duro! Correr Antea me parece muy heavy, no me sorprende que hallas terminado temblando, pero todo esfuerzo vale la pena cuando se da todo! 💪🏼
