Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️💪.

Para esta ocasión, les muestro algunas capturas de mi ida y estancia de mi segundo día de entrenamiento en la semana.

Salí a las 6:20 pm directamente a las barras, al llegar empecé a estirar los músculos y tendones, y también hacer algo de movimiento general y progresiones para el enfoque del entreno de hoy, que este caso es de "Powermoves" en las diferentes variantes de "Front lever" pero de todos modos hice un poco se planche para no perderle costumbre.

El primer ejercicio realizado fue (Full plache Push up), que considero que estuvo pasable teniendo en cuenta de que la molestia en la muñeca a un no desaparece, pero sí ha mostrado mejora en la recuperación del mismo, tengo fe que dentro de poco me recuperaré bien, pero mientras no queda más que sobrellevarlo. Seguidamente, hice "Front lever Pull up" hasta cuantas pude y luego de ello empecé con los combos de (Full plache & Front Lever) pero claro, poniendo más énfasis a los "Powermoves" de "Front lever" a prácticamente al fallo por cada combo.

Termine de entrenar a las 9:05 pm, recogí mis cosas y me fui junto a unos brothers que me acompañaron a mitad de camino hasta mi casa, "siendo momento de cenar y descansar".

I left at 6:20 pm directly to the bars, upon arrival I started to stretch the muscles and tendons, and also do some general movement and progressions for the focus of today's workout, which in this case is "Powermoves" in the different variants of "Front lever" but anyway I did a little planche to not lose the habit.

The first exercise performed was (Full plache Push up), which I consider that it was passable considering that the discomfort in the wrist does not disappear, but it has shown improvement in the recovery of the same, I have faith that soon I will recover well, but meanwhile there is nothing else to do but endure it.Next, I did "Front lever Pull up" as many as I could and after that I started with the combos of (Full plache & Front Lever) but of course, putting more emphasis on the "Powermoves" of "Front lever" to almost failure for each combo.

I finished training at 9:05 pm, picked up my stuff and left with some brothers who accompanied me half way home, "being time for dinner and rest".
