Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️💪.

Lunes (19 de agosto 2024), lunes de primer entreno en la semana. Para este caso les muestro algunas capturas de mi ida al gym.

Salí de casa a las 5:56 pm directo al gym, para entrenar espalda y un poco de bíceps junto con el brother Isaí aunque la idea era entrenar las piernas, pero nos dejamos guiar por la emoción de la rutina.

Los ejercicios que realizamos fueron los siguientes: Remo con mancuernas (para empezar) obviamente una vez de haber estirado un poco los músculos en general; Jalones al pecho (con amplitud de manos amplia y casi cerrada); Remo en máquina horizontal (normal y casi al mentón); Remo con barra (medianamente ligero); Curl tumbado en banco inclinado; Y curl de bíceps en polea baja.

Terminamos de entrenar a las 7:50 pm, casi la hora en que cierran el gimnasio. Al irnos, le acompañé al brother Isaí parte de su recorrido, mientras que yo me quede en las barras a entrenar un poco más, pero calistenia nivel avanzado.

Monday (August 19, 2024), first workout of the week. In this case I show you some pictures of my trip to the gym.

I left home at 5:56 pm straight to the gym, to train back and some biceps with brother Isaí although the idea was to train the legs, but we let ourselves be guided by the excitement of the routine.

The exercises we performed were as follows:Dumbbell Rowing (to start) obviously once we had stretched the muscles a bit in general; Chest Pull-ups (with wide and almost closed hand span); Horizontal Machine Rowing (normal and almost to the chin); Barbell Rowing (moderately light); Incline Bench Lying Curl; And Low Pulley Biceps Curl.

We finished working out at 7:50 pm, almost the time they close the gym. When we left, I accompanied brother Isaí for part of his run, while I stayed at the bars to train a little more, but advanced level calisthenics.
