Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️.
Iniciando el día cumpliendo con el trote semanal junto con "Jhojan.P", no el jueves como corresponde, pero la idea es no dejar pasar ninguna semana.
Salimos a las 5:55am de nuestros hogares, nos topamos antes de llegar "al comando", para estirar y calentar un poco antes de empezar.
Empezamos 5:58am, andando por la "Av.Caracas",sin novedad de paradas. Teniendo en cuenta que es un recorrido un poco menor a lo que ya hemos hecho, se decidió hacer "sprint" de unos últimos 80 metros aproximadamente hasta llegar a "Llovizna Market 1".
Al regresar, hubo 2 paradas por parte del brother "Jhojan.P", a lo mejor por incremento de distancia al hacer "sprint" pero fueron puntuales, ósea recobraba el halieto en poco tiempo y completo este trote acompañándome, par a par, en los últimos 20 metros de "sprint" hasta llegar a "Materiales Gran Sabana".

Starting the day fulfilling the weekly jog together with "Jhojan.P", not on Thursday as it corresponds, but the idea is not to miss any week.
We left at 5:55am from our homes, we bumped into each other before arriving "al comando", to stretch and warm up a bit before starting.
We started at 5:58am, walking along the "Av.Caracas", without any novelty of stops. Taking into account that it is a slightly shorter route than what we have already done, we decided to do a "sprint" of about 80 meters until we reached "Llovizna Market 1".
On the way back, there were 2 stops by the brother "Jhojan.P", maybe because of increased distance to make "sprint" but were punctual, ie recovered the halieto in a short time and complete this trot accompanying me, pair by pair, in the last 20 meters of "sprint" to reach "Materiales Gran Sabana".
