Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️.

Volviendo a los días de "jueves de trote" junto a "Jhojan.P", teniendo en cuenta que semanas pasadas lo posponemos por algún que otro motivo en concreto.

Salimos a las 5:40am de nuestra casa para encontrarnos en "el comando", para estirar y calentar un poco antes de empezar.

Dimos inicio al trote a las 5:58am, por la "Av.Caracas" hasta "La casa de Caña"; sin novedad de paradas, todo constante por parte de los dos.

De regreso, por el mismo trayecto, pero en este caso el brother "Jhojan.P" si tuvo que hacer paradas, al menos no se rindió y me acompañó en los últimos 12 metros de "sprint" hasta llegar a "Materiales Gran Sabana".

Back to the days of "Thursday jogging" together with "Jhojan.P", taking into account that past weeks we postpone it for some specific reason or another.

We left at 5:40am from our house to meet at "el comando", to stretch and warm up a little before starting.

We started jogging at 5:58am, along the "Av.Caracas" to "La casa de Caña"; no new stops, everything constant for both of us.
