Mi reporte de Actifict: febrero 15 2024 #SWC
Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻♂️.
Hoy toco trote de madrugada "5:40 am" en compañía de Jhojan.P. Iniciamos un poco más tarde que la última vez, pero al menos tratamos de no aplazar tanto la hora acordada "5:30 am". Esta vez para acostumbrarnos a esta actividad, desde nuestro punto de partida hasta la de llegada "Conjunto Residencial Villa Betania I" iríamos trotando y los últimos 14 metros "Sprint", luego de regresar caminando. De poco iremos obteniendo condición para ello. Espero que les gusten las fotografías que capturé de esta salida.

Today we had an early morning jog "5:40 am" in the company of Jhojan.P. We started a little later than last time, but at least we tried not to postpone so much the agreed time "5:30 am". This time to get used to this activity, from our starting point to the arrival point "Conjunto Residencial Villa Betania I" we would go jogging and the last 14 meters "Sprint", then walking back. We will be getting conditioned for it. I hope you like the pictures I captured of this outing.

Entrenando tempranero, no soy fan de entrenar tan temprano la verdad. Mi hora fija es desde las 5pm, pero si se que entrenar en la mañana es genial, lo he hecho pero, suelo acostarme a dormir tarde. Entonces para poder descansar bien me levanto tipo 7 u 8am.
