Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️. Hoy, siendo mi primera publicación dsde ACTIFIT. Les muestro unas fotografías del trote de esta mañana acompañado de @salmeron-sw y Jhojan.P 🌅. Empezamos desde las 5:30am, a caminar y luego pasado los 10 minutos empezamos el trote por la "Av.Caracas" hasta el "Conjunto Residencial Villa Betania I". Teniendo en cuenta que teníamos bastante tiempo sin trotar, nos costó un poco seguir el ritmo, más que todo de regreso, pero de a poco iremos obteniendo resistencia gracias a ello.
Greetings to all the SWC and Hive community 🙋🏻‍♂️. Today, being my first post since ACTIFIT. I show you some pictures of this morning's jog accompanied by @salmeron-sw and Jhojan.P 🌅. We started from 5:30am, to walk and then after 10 minutes we started jogging along the "Av.Caracas" to the "Conjunto Residencial Villa Betania I". Taking into account that we had a long time without jogging, it was a little hard to keep up the pace, especially on the way back, but little by little we will gain endurance thanks to it.
