Mourinho left Manchester United in 2018 leaving the club at 6th place with 17 matches. It was a shock to everybody that he took a job at spurs, well not everybody bit people thought he would move to another club outside the English premier League. Mourinho had been in charge at Spurs since November 2019, replacing Mauricio Pochettino, signing a deal until the end of the 2023 season.19 Apr 2021. But that didn't end as he had expected.

Somw might say he did a good job at Spurs so far but for the rest of the football world, not so much. With Liverpool and Manchester City dominating the English premier League for three years in a row, it's hard to say if Tottenham would ever pick up pace. With no trophies won at Tottenham, no champions league, no FA cup and no EPL cup, it was no shock to everybody when he was fired by Spurs. He moved to Roma to see if he could make something of his reputation as a coach, maybe his time was done with the English premier League, but so far, it has not worked out for him still.

I know sometimes it is not about the coach for the clear but it seems that the same luck that Tottenham carried in the English premier League is the same luck Roma is carrying in the serie A league.

Roma finished 6 position this season, with 63 points, 23 points away from Milan who won the league. I do not know if Morinho's career will rise. It's much or easier to predict the outcome of a match than it is to predict how well a coach would do. This is more like from grass to Grace. Sven if he didn't do so well at Manchester United, he still managed to make a triple cup win in 2017 but like everybody says, a coach is only as good as his last match.

From the Champions League with Real Madrid and Manchester United, he has fallen to the Europa league. Maybe this is the time for him to make a comeback. If anyone knows Morinho, you would know he's not one to quit. Roma might have finished 6th in the league this season, doesn't mean they won't rise. This is football nobody knows tomorrow. His career might have taken a turn for the worse but nobody knows when his next big break could be could be next season could be the season after that. One thing I know for sure is it's not over for Jose Mourinho, just yet. Who knows, maybe Roma might win the Europa league next season.
