Well worth it mate tbh. I only had a couple of 2AH batteries I got with my drill and after spending a good hour cutting, I still hadn't needed to change it. It's also surprised me with the amount of torque. I thought it would be much weaker than a cabled one.
I've gone cordless for the same reason. It's a lot of rough land and long extensions!
Hope you're all well and keeping warm up there :-)

Going through a wee cold spell but it's not that bad!
I'm sold, I always worried about the power and batteries playing five minutes but it seems not. You can't go wrong with DeWalt though eh? When I got my DeWalt drill I literally thought how could I have gone this long without it!
Absolutely fine tools but we have to be a little careful to buy from a big DIY chain, here as there are many fakes available through the well-known online shopping channels.
Next up, battery-powered Dewalt chain-saw ;-)
Aye, you don't want a fake one!
I could find a lot of use for a chainsaw!
