Fitness: 6th October 2022 + A Did You Know Fitness Question
Good Morning
It seems that the rains are in love with our city. Despite the traditional monsoon season being well behind our back, the showers are in no mood to relent. Well, I can't complain about that, as it cuts back the intense October heat. I am cool with it staying around for another month. 😊
Well, the minor casualty of the rains is my daily runs. I am not sweating too much on it (pun intended!), as I can continue with my walks. The walks are accompanied by an umbrella which is becoming my trusted partner after my gadgets.
So, what did I do today?
It was raining heavily enough to get my umbrella out. As much as I would love to walk fast, it is not so easy with an umbrella. It was a slow and steady affair. I walked three kilometers, but I was pretty sure it felt like four. 😊
Anyway, back home, I was on to my weights. I had taken a break from my weights for a long time now, so I was glad I was back. It was arms, thighs, and abs today. I gave a full hour for the weights and then fifteen minutes for resistance training.
To round it up, I had a few sessions of Ho'oponopono. Here's my write-up on the topic for those interested in knowing about Ho'oponoponoo.

Have fun reading and practicing.
Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Namaste.
😊
Did You Know?
Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.
Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.
Have a look at the video here:
The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head. 😊
