RE: My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2024

What does the plaque say? Not word for word, just why is it there? I tried enlarging it but could not make it out, I am only curious as to why it would be in a remote place like that unless it is a memorial for a loved one. The flag looks new so now I am thinking maybe someone placed it there for Veterans Day.
